HOTEL REGULATIONS PALACE HOTEL & RESORT
The purpose of this regulation is to establish the conditions for the stay of tourists in hotels managed by PALACE HOTEL & RESORT SRL.
As hosts, we want you to have a pleasant stay in any of the hotels managed by PALACE HOTEL & RESORT SRL, assuring you that we strive for the services offered to meet your requirements.
In order to help us achieve these goals, so that you come back to us with pleasure every time, please respect the following internal rules:
GENERAL RULES
● Tourist is any person who benefits from any service provided by Palace Hotel & Resort;
● Accommodation is made at the reception, presenting the identity document for the electronic registration intended for guests, completing all the necessary documents.
● Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00, and rooms are checked out by 11:00;
● Check-out at the reception is done after the room has been checked beforehand by the hotel staff;
● Payment of accommodation costs is made at the latest at the time of arrival, at the reception. From the moment of check-in at the reception, until its release, the tourist is responsible for the reserved room;
● Exceeding the room release time is penalized with 15% of the nightly price of the room, for each hour exceeded.
● Cancellation of the reservation is penalized with the value of one night's accommodation, but rescheduling or assignment to other persons is not penalized;
The regulation applies to all tourists from the moment of accommodation, they have the obligation to respect it without limits or reservations.
● The hotel may refuse to perform services not paid for in full.
● The people who come to visit must be announced at the reception, they have permission to access the areas where the All-Inclusive activities take place;
● When leaving the room, please ensure that you have closed the water taps, lights and windows/doors to the outside, as well as removing the card from the electricity saver;
● Do not use the towels for: wiping dyed hair, removing make-up, cleaning shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. To be used for body use only. In case of damage or lack of towels provided, the towels will be paid for at check-out.
● Any accident caused as a result of improper use of the equipment or non-compliance with this regulation is the tourist's responsibility;
● Also, any accident caused as a result of improper supervision of children is the responsibility of the companion/s;
● The hotel does not assume responsibility for the cars in the parking lot and for the objects left inside them, but there is video surveillance;
● It is forbidden to access and use large electrical consumers (e.g.: sources, radiators, etc.) in the hotel complex, other than those equipped with us;
● Smoking/vaping (electronic cigarette - according to C.E. law) is only allowed outside; it is forbidden to throw the remains of cigarettes in other places than trash cans or ashtrays and only after they have been extinguished;
● Garbage and household waste will be stored in specially arranged places or in trash cans;
● Do not throw objects into the toilet bowl that could lead to clogging of the sewage system; also applies to sink, bathtub and shower drains;
● It is forbidden to use the equipment and equipment of the hotel, other than those intended for tourists, without the consent of the hotel staff;
● It is forbidden to bring into the hotel: weapons, white weapons or substances prohibited by law;
● We reserve the right to refuse serving alcoholic beverages to people who are clearly intoxicated.
● The consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or "psychotropic" substances is prohibited, they are punishable according to the laws in force.
● Access to restaurants as well as inside the complex in a bathing suit is prohibited.
● Access to the treatment facilities and/or SPA is allowed only to people registered at the reception.
● Any accident caused by the lack of supervision of the children is not our responsibility. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult;
● In case of early departure, the hotel reception must be notified.
● The hotel may refuse to perform services for recalcitrant or intoxicated persons and may request their removal.
● Please respect the staff and do not damage the property of the complex: furniture, equipment, sanitary installations. Damage to the property of the complex automatically leads to their imputation to the people who caused it.
● We are not responsible for personal belongings/valuables left unattended as well as forgotten or lost ones.
